PLEASE NOTE – The club’s Junior sessions will resume at Prestatyn Leisure Centre on Thursday, March 1st. The younger ones, aged 8 – 12, will meet from 5pm – 6pm and the older ones, 12-15, at 6pm – 7pm.
Please pass the message on as we hope to build up the numbers pretty quickly.
Welsh Athletics, through NE Wales clubs network officer Donna Welsh, have obtained funding to enable the relaunch to take place.
Any offers of help in running the sessions would be appreciated. The club will pay for any courses necessary.

Congratulations yet again to you to what must have been very challenging to ensure a working contingent of scribes with so much little notice.

For me it was an experience never before had and one that I can only hope that the World Championship could come locally for the experience yet again to be witnessed. Many many situations within the championship to talk about and enjoy especially not having to run it!!

Great news from Steve and Val, became proud grandparents on Friday to granddaughter Megan.

Yes a big congratulations to Gareth once again, he not only deserves it through his untiring contribution to the league, but also to all other activities within the running circles in the North, which in turn also promotes and maintains Prestatyn Running Club in its premiership standing.

Well done to Gareth, if anybody deserved such an award,then Gareth does. Unbelievable amount of hard work and commitment goes into organising the NWXC champs. I enjoyed marshalling last year and this year taking part. A superb coarse in a very scenic area. May I also thank the fantastic support from the marshals and Jason who did a smashing job of chief marshal.
