Wednesday 1st October - From the rear carpark of the High School.  Chain Gang.  A fun session working on different paces while working as a team

Monday 6th October - from the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Dyserth Lights & Back

​

Wednesday 8th October - From the rear carpark of the High School.  Warren Drive 1km reps.  An effort session of 1km laps with a short break in between to recover

​

Monday 13th October  - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Rownd a Rownd.  A 6 mile route around Prestatyn with some hills

​

Wednesday 15th September - From the rear carpark of the High School.  Six hills West to East.  A hilly session along the hillside of Prestatyn

​

Modnay 20th October - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Rhyl Out & Back.  A 5.5 mile route along to Rhyl & back

​

Wednesday 22nd October - From the rear carpark of the High School.  Giddy Gwelfors.  An effort session including laps and hills.​​

​

Monday 27th October - From the Ffrith Astrobowl. D1 counter clockwise.  An easy paced route around Prestatyn

​

Wednesday 29th October - Halloween Run.  Details to follow​​​​​​​​​​
