​*On a Monday we meet in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl on Victoria Road.  Postcode is L19 7AR (What3Words address is landmark.cabbies.ever)

*On a Wednesday we meet in the rear carpark of the High School.  Turn down Gordon Avenue from either Princes Avenue or Ffordd Isa, and then turn into David Close.  We meet in the carpark directly in front & to the left of the main gate.  (What3Works address is torn.boost.overlooks)​

Monday 23rd February - AWAY DAY AT GWAENYSGOR - more details to follow

Wednesday 25th February - Aberconwy Ladders.  A hilly effort session, where you can push yourself hard or take it easier if you need to.  From the rear carpark of the High School.

​

Monday 2nd March - Dyserth Lights & Back.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl, ready to run at 6.30pm.  A 6 mile route out to Dyserth & back.  A 4 mile route is also available.

​

Wednesday 4th March - Giddy Gwelfors.  Meeting in the rear carpark of the high school, ready to run at 6.30pm.  A hill rep sessions around the Gwelfors in Dyserth.

​

Monday 9th March - Rownd a Rownd.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl, ready to run at 6.30pm.  A 6 mile route around Upper Prestatyn.  A 4 mile route is also available.

​

Wednesday 11th March - Six Hills East to West.  Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School, off  David Close, ready to run at 6.30pm.  A hilly 6 mile route.  A 4 mile route is also available.

Monday 16th March - Rhyl Out & Back.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  A flat 6 mile route to Rhyl and back. A shorter 4 mile route also available if required.

​

Wednesday 18th March - Calthorpe Pairs and The Avenue Ladders.  A fun pairs session.  Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School, off David Close, ready to run at 6.30pm.

​

Monday 23rd March - D1 counter clockwise.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl, ready to run at 6.30pm.  A 6 mile route around Prestatyn.  A 4 mile route is also available.

​

Wednesday 25th March - Ed's T-shirt Loops.  A fun effort session around Tower Gardens.  Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School, off David Close, ready to run at 6.30pm.

​

Monday 30th March - Summer Dyserth Loop.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl, ready to run at 6.30pm.  Our first off road session of the season, with a run back along the Dyserth track.
