DETAILS OF OUR CLUB RUNS FOR APRIL -
*On a Monday we meet in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl on Victoria Road. Postcode is L19 7AR (What3Words address is landmark.cabbies.ever)
*On a Wednesday we meet in the FRONT carpark of the High School.
Wenesday1st April - Giddy Gwelfors. Meeting in the rear carpark of the high school, ready to run at 6.30pm. A hill rep sessions around the Gwelfors in Dyserth.
Monday 6th April - AWAY DAY RUN - 'Summer Time?? You're Afon Me On' - Meeting in the carpark of Aldi Rhuddlan ready to run at 6.30pm. A lovely route along the river bank, to Kinmel Bay, across the blue bridge & then back on the other side of the river.
Wednesday 8th April - Marian Mills - Meeting in the front carpark of the high school, ready to run at 6.30pm. A fabulous off-road session across tracks & fields to Marian Mills and back.
Monday 13th April - Bt Telephone Tours. Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl, ready to run at 6.30pm. A great route thru the Morffas, along the track and then back to the Ffrith along the prom.
Wednesday 15th April - Graig Fawr Hill Reps. Meeting in the front carpark of the High School, off David Close, ready to run at 6.30pm. Hill reps with a view!!
Monday 20th April - Barkby Dunes/Gutter Run. Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm. A sandy route thru the dunes.
Wednesday 22nd April - To The Hills. Meeting in the front carpark of the High School, off David Close, ready to run at 6.30pm. A great route along the track & then up to Gwaenysgor.
Monday 27th April - Cwm For The Run, Stay For The Pint. Meeting in the carpark of the Blue Lion in Cwm for this away day run.
Wednesday 29th April - Chris's Breaking Point. Meeting in the front carpark of the High School, off David Close, ready to run at 6.30pm. An interval session on the beach.
