DETAILS OF OUR CLUB RUNS FOR JUNE- ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Monday 2nd June - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Barkby Dunes/Gutter run - a lovely route along the prom, thru the dunes and back thru the golf course.  

​

Wednesday 4th June - From the HIgh School.  Gwaenysgor loop.  A hilly but scenic run up to Gwaenysgor

​

Monday 9th June - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Telephone Tours.  Another fun new route to try

​

Wednesday 11th June - Rhyl Away Day - Marine Lake relays

​

Monday 16th June - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Rhyl and return.  A nice flat route to Rhyl 

​

Wednesday 18th June - A new route - to be confirmed

​

Monday 23rd June - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Dune to Dunes.  A fun run thru the sand dunes

​

Wednesday 25th June - From the High School.  Roman Roaming.  Taking in some of the Offa's Dyke path

​

Monday 30th June - Away Day.  Cwm for the run, stay for the pint.  A great route around Cwm, returning to the Blue Lion for drinks afterwards

​

*Please be aware that sessions will be changed or swapped subject to weather conditions or turnout on the night and there will be a shorter route available for the return to running group*

BACK TO RUNNING GROUP NEWS​

With our growing number of run leaders we are now able to offer ‘a flexible run option’ on club nights with our - 'Back to running group'. This will be tailored for anyone returning to running, recovering from injury, re-building fitness with the goal of being able to run longer and stronger - this option might also suit if you’re just pressed for time on the night or recovering from a race.

Come and meet as usual for club and we’ll tailor the session for the group’s needs on the day.

As well as the above we are also be providing the usual 10k route and if we have enough 'Run leaders' on the night we can split into a variety of paced groups that compliments various runners, paces and look at improver development for people

Socail weekend - friends, family, dogs, everyone is welcome.  2 runs along the beautiful scenic coastal path.  Also a walking groupf for those wanting to take things at a slower pace.  Camping or airbnb accommodation available in the area, or you can just come for the day.  Dinner at Ty Newydd in the evening on Saturday
