Monday 31st August - Meliden Bank Holiday Trail.    Meeting in the carpark of Saints Health & Fitness in Meliden, ready to run at 6.30pm.  A trail run in the hills with food & drinks afterwards in the Red Lion.

Wednesday 2nd September - Birch Boomerang - Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm.  A road route out towards Gronant.

​

Monday 7th September - Prestatyn East Dunes/Gutter run - Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  A run thru the sand dunes at Barkby Beach and back thru the golf course.

Wednesday 9th September - Below Railway/Bryniau inc. Craig Fawr - Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm.  Our final mixed terrain run before we move to our winter schedule.

Monday 14th September - D1 Clockwise - Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  DON'T FORGET YOUR HI-VIS TOP! A road route around town.

 

Wednesday 16th September - Club race number 3 - Meeting in the carpark of the Nxt Lvl Gym on Warren Drive, ready to run at 6.30pm.  DON'T FORGET YOUR HI-VIS TOP!The 3rd in our club race series, organised by Ben.  This one is a multi-terrain race on gravel paths and sand dunes around Barkby Beach.

 

Monday 21st September - Winter Rhyl & Back - Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  DON'T FORGET YOUR HI-VIS TOP!A road route out towards Rhyl & back.

 

Wednesday 23rd September - Giddy Gwelfor - Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm. DON'T FORGET YOUR HI-VIS TOP! An effort session in Dyserth with plenty of hill work to keep you warm.

Monday 28th September - Rownd a Rownd - Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm. DON'T FORGET YOUR HI-VIS TOP! A lovely road route around upper Prestatyn

Wednesday 30th September - Calthorpe Pairs Ladders - Meeting in the rear carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm. DON'T FORGET YOUR HI-VIS TOP!  A fun effort session working in pairs to match pace.
