DETAILS OF OUR CLUB RUNS FOR DECEMBER  - ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Monday 1st December - From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  Rhyl Out & Back Winter Route.  A run along the coast road to Rhyl and back.  6 mile & 4 mile options.

​

Wednesday 3rd December - Ed's T-Shirt Loops.  From the rear carpark of the High School.  A fun effort session.

​

Monday 8th December - Robin Hood Route.  From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  A mainly flat 6 mile route along towards Rhyl & then back towards town thru the houses.  There will also be a shorter 4 mile route.

​

Wednesday 10th December - Chain Gang. From the rear carpark of the High School.  A fun effort session that also promotes team work.

​

Monday 15th December - D1 Counter clockwise.  From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  A nice route around Prestatyn.  6 mile route & 4 mile option.

​

Wednesday 17th December - Christmas Hills.  From the rear carpark of the High School (off David Close).  Join us as we spell Ho Ho Ho! out on Strava!  A fun, hilly session.

​

Monday 22nd December - Christmas Festive Run.  From the Ffrith Astrobowl,  A run around town to check out the Festivities.  Runners are asked to bring a donation to the foodbank, which Gareth will take to the foodbank before Christmas.  Fancy dress can be worn, but please ensure that you are still highly visible to traffic.  Drinks in the Ffrith after the run.

Monday 29th December - Texas Clockwise.  From the Ffrith Astrobowl.  A 6 mile route around Prestatyn.  4 mile option available (depending on run leader availability)

Wednesday 31st December - No Club run
