*On a Wednesday we meet in the FRONT carpark of the High School. ​

Monday 1st June - Coastal Figure of 8.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  A route along the prom and the dunes alongside the prom.

Wednesday 3rd June - Chris's Breaking Point & Beach Litter Pick.  Meeting in the carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm.  An interval session on the beach followed by a beach litter pick.

Monday 8th June - Robin Hood Route.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  A road route out towards Rhyl & then back around town

​

Wednesday 10th June - Lee's Rubber Ducks.  Meeting in the carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm.  A fun effort session.​

​

Monday 15th June - Prestatyn East Dunes.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  A run thru the dunes at Barkby Beach returining through the golf course.

​

Wednesday 17th June - Chain Gang.  Meeting in the carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm.  A team effort session.

Monday 22nd June - Summer Dyserth Loop.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl, ready to run at 6.30pm.  An easy run up to Dyserth & back.

​

Wednesday 24th June - Meadows Pyramids.  Meeting in the carpark of the High School ready to run at 6.30pm.  A fun effort session.

​

Monday 29th June - The Birch Boomerang.  Meeting in the carpark of the Ffrith Astrobowl ready to run at 6.30pm.  A steady new road route.
