At the annual meeting of the Borders Road-Running League last week it was agreed that the Prestatyn club again host the end-of-season relays next season following the success of this year’s event.

A proposal by Buckley Runners that second-claim members should not be allowed to compete in the League was rejected.

Another proposal by Pensby that there be three Divisions instead of two, each with six clubs, was passed, but it will not be introduced until 2026-27.
